Volunteering at The Haven
Volunteers enable us to do more and reach more people. Without them, the impact of what we do would not be the same. We encourage individuals who are passionate about women’s rights, ending violence against women and girls and making a difference, to join our team and help us shape a better future. We support, champion and work in partnership with other organisations, recognising that we can achieve more when we work together.

Who can volunteer?
Criminal convictions must be declared in your application form. You will need to complete a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if your volunteer role involves access to young people and children or vulnerable adults.
How much time do I have to give?
What training would I receive?
All our volunteers will receive basic Domestic Abuse Awareness Training. Depending on your role, further training will apply.
