If you are attending an event with children, you will need to complete consent upon registration at the event to opt children in for photography/videography. Again, if you do not wish your children to be photographed, please ensure children stay clear of the camera and make it known to the charity and the photographers present.
Additionally, The Haven will also from time to time invite external media agencies along to events including but not limited to, local news; both TV and print. If you do not consent to being featured in external media photograph or videography, please make it known to the photographer/ videographer and stay clear of the camera at all times.
An individual can at any time request a photo to be taken down from the website and social media sites, but must identify themselves in the photograph/s by sending specific links to each photograph and video to email@example.com . As per ICO UK GDPR legislation, The Haven will act upon your request to remove within 28 days.
