Over the last year, many children and young people have been at home more with homeschooling and not being able to see family and friends. It has been hard for everyone, but for some of your employees and their children, it may have included the added traumas of Domestic Abuse in the home.
In May, the Coast 2 Coast team from Wolverhampton Grammar School smashed their £3,000 fundraising target by raising over £8000 for women and children at The Haven. The team of Year 10 students ran 187 miles from St Bees to Robin Hood’s Bay as a tag team in just 24-hours. Max Thompson one of the students on the team shared his experience with us.
