Take to The Skies 2026
About this Event
Are you an adrenaline junkie always looking for the next challenge? Perhaps you or someone you know has taken part in one of our 2023/2024/2025 skydive challenges and you’re feeling inspired? Or maybe you are just looking for the next BIG thing to tick off your bucket list. Well then WE NEED YOU!! Sign up to take part in a skydive on a day of your choice at Langar Airfield in Nottingham and become one of our leap of legends! We will organise your skydive for you on your chosen date, and will support you on your fundraising journey as you raise vital funds for women and children fleeing domestic abuse and homelessness.
You can feel the thrill of a 14,000ft freefall skydive, take in the glorious sights from way above, feel a full adrenaline rush as you reach a 120mph velocity before gently gliding to the ground under the parachute. So many of our previous skydivers can vouch for the amazing adrenaline rush and lifelong memories this challenge will give you. What’s more, every penny raised will be helping to ensure more vulnerable women and children can flee to safety, and access the vital care and support services they need to rebuild their lives following the trauma of abuse. So, are you ready to take on this challenge in 2026?
All skydives include:
- A fully qualified parachuting instructor
- Training session before your jump
- Memories to last a lifetime
So whether you are an individual looking for a big bucket list tick, a group of friends looking for a fun day out, a business looking for a team building activity, or a returning Jump 50 challenger looking to re-live that amazing adrenaline rush – this could be the event for you!
Choose a date which suits you best, (time-slots will be arranged closer to the jump date). For each skydive, there is a £45 registration fee (non-refundable) and you are committing to additionally raising a minimum of £395 in sponsorship (80% of your funds must be raised 4 weeks prior to your jump). IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note:
- for tandem skydives there is a MAXIMUM WEIGHT (fully clothed) of 95 kg (15 stone) or 83 kg if you are less than 163cm (5ft 4in). This limit is in place for your own safety
- We are using a third party company for this event and so by signing up to take part, The Haven will need to share your personal details with the third party company. Only relevant details will be shared and you can read more about how we manage your data here.
Photography
Please note, we will be taking photos and videos at this event (ground based only). There will be a sign displayed during the event to state this. Photos and videos taken at the event may be used to promote the success of the event and may be shared with third parties (such as local media outlets) to promote future events too. If you do not wish to be included in photos/videos, please make yourself known to attending photographers, and to the relevant Haven staff member at any time during the event. On occasion, The Haven will use external photographers for events who own the official copyright of images. Photography agreements are in place with all photographers used at Haven events to minimise any misuse of imagery and ensure we are being transparent with how your photos are used in line with our GDPR policy. Additional options for photography and videography are available directly via the airfield – we will share further details on how to book this when you sign up.
