ARTiculating HerStory was designed to amplify the voices of women who have experienced domestic abuse and gender-based violence. Through writing and spoken word, survivors turned silence into sound culminating in a live reading at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre.
The inaugural edition of ARTiculating HerStory invited survivors of domestic abuse to explore healing through visual art. In partnership with Wolverhampton Art Gallery, women expressed their journeys of pain, hope, and renewal through powerful collage pieces inspired by the story of Andromeda — transforming silence into colour, and trauma into creativity.
