Join us for Haven Heights – Charity Abseil. This is a bold, exhilarating challenge that will see you descend 98 feet from the iconic Greenhouse at the Custard Factory, right in the heart of Digbeth. One controlled descent. One powerful act of solidarity. Lasting impact for women and children.
This is more than an adrenaline rush. It’s a chance to step right up to the edge, trust the ropes beneath you, and take on the height for a cause that truly matters. Lean into your strength to help survivors be seen, heard, and safe. Every abseiler who takes part helps The Haven continue providing safety, refuge, and specialist support to women and children rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse.
Whether you’re conquering a fear, ticking something off your bucket list, or coming together with friends or colleagues to do something meaningful, this is an experience you won’t forget in a hurry. Expect nerves, excitement, encouragement from below, and the unbeatable feeling of knowing your bravery is directly supporting others to find safety and stability.

Important information
Age and consent
Participants must meet the minimum weight requirement to take part. Anyone under the age of 18 will need written parental or guardian consent, and a responsible adult must be present on the day.
Weight requirements
For safety reasons, participants must weigh at least 3.5 stone and no more than 18 stone.
Time slots and arrival
When booking, please select your preferred time slot. We’ll do our best to accommodate this, but in some cases we may need to adjust timings and will contact you in advance if this is necessary.
All participants must arrive 30 minutes before their allocated slot to attend the mandatory safety briefing.

The abseil will be delivered by experienced, fully trained instructors using professional safety equipment, with full guidance and supervision provided throughout.
