50 Years of The Haven
Welcome to our website. For half a century since we first opened our doors in 1973, we’ve been dedicated to providing practical and emotional support to women and children who have faced domestic abuse, as well as women at risk of homelessness. As we reflect on this significant milestone, we are thrilled to launch a special history timeline on our website, chronicling the impactful journey of The Haven over the past five decades. In honor of our Jubilee year, we’ve also been collecting inspiring stories from individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by the work we do here at The Haven. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has already shared their stories with us. Your contributions have made our journey all the more meaningful.
