DESCRIPTION:About this Event\n\n\n\n\n\nAre you an adrenaline junkie always looking for the next challenge? Perhaps you took part in our Jump 50 challenge and want to come back for more? Well then WE NEED YOU!! Join us at Langar Airfield in Nottingham\, in May 2024. You could be a part of a fantastic team taking on an incredible challenge all to raise vital funds for women and children fleeing domestic abuse and homelessness. \nYou can feel the thrill of a 14\,000ft freefall skydive\, take in the glorious sights from way above\, feel a full adrenaline rush as you reach a 120mph velocity before gently gliding to the ground under the parachute. So many of our Jump 50 team from 2023 – including the last minute additions of our very own fundraising team – can vouch for the amazing adrenaline rush and lifelong memories this challenge will give you. What’s more\, every penny raised will be helping to ensure more vulnerable women and children can flee to safety\, and access the vital care and support services they need to rebuild their lives following the trauma of abuse. So\, are you ready to be a part of the team? \n\n\nAll skydives include: \n\n\n\nA fully qualified parachuting instructor\nTraining session before your jump\nMemories to last a lifetime\n\nSo whether you are an individual looking for a big bucket list tick\, a group of friends looking for a fun day out\, a business looking for a team building activity\, or a returning Jump 50 challenger looking to re-live that amazing adrenaline rush – this could be the event for you! \nThis event is proudly sponsored by Region Security Guarding. Learn more about them here.  \n\n \nOur skydive challenge is taking place over a weekend\, so choose the date which suits you best when booking\, (time-slots will be arranged closer to the jump date). For each skydive\, there is a £45 registration fee (non-refundable) and you are committing to additionally raising a minimum of £395 in sponsorship (80% of your funds must be raised prior to your jump). Signing up early also means that you have even more time to fundraise! SUMMARY:Charity Golf Day - May 2024
DESCRIPTION:Is playing 18 holes for charity on a glorious golf course your idea of a perfect afternoon?\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter the success of our most recent golf day last year\, we would like to invite you along to join us for a great afternoon of entertainment at Oxley Golf Course on Thursday 23rd May 2024. The day promises to be either a break away from the office\, a good networking opportunity with colleagues\, or simply a chance to get back out onto the green with friends. For those who have attended before\, you already know what a great day you are booking in for. \nStart the day by joining us in the clubhouse for breakfast sandwiches\, a hot drink\, and a chance to network and socialise with your team before heading out on a beautiful golf course for 18 holes. \nAlongside your 18 holes of golf\, we plan to host additional mini competitions throughout the day\, including nearest the pin and longest drive\, all for the chance of winning a trophy. After your day on the course\, you and your team will come back into the clubhouse for a 2-course post-game meal\, a raffle\, and evening entertainment (more to be announced soon!). Throughout the day\, you will be raising vital funds for the women and children supported by The Haven. \nEntry is just £80 per person (£320 per team) and teams of up to 4 players. \n£50 Corporate Hole Sponsorship packages are also available for those who would like to gain exposure at this event. You will have the opportunity to display a company board/flag on your chosen hole\, a pull-up banner inside the clubhouse throughout the day – visible at registration and during the presentations – and company promotional material in goody bags given out to every golfer.
