SUMMARY:Coercive Control Webinar
DESCRIPTION:About this Event\n\n\nSection 76 of the Serious Crime Act 2015 came into force on 29th December 2015 and created a new offence of controlling or coercive behaviour in an intimate or family relationship. Before this offence was introduced\, case law indicated the difficulty in proving a pattern of behaviour amounting to harassment within an intimate relationship. \nOverview: This training gives a practitioner’s an understanding of the dynamics of domestic abuse and coercive/ controlling behaviour.
