1.
Provide quality temporary accommodation and associated services
to women and any dependent children who are homeless through
reasons such as Domestic Violence.
2.
Provide quality and sensitive community based services
to women experiencing Domestic Violence.
3.
Raise awareness of the experiences and needs of women
and children who have suffered Domestic Violence and/or
homelessness through training, consultation, publications
and research.
4.
Develop partnerships at local, regional, national and
international levels with the aim of influencing policy
and strategy development and improved service delivery
around the issues of Domestic Violence and homelessness.
5.
Invest in the training and development of all employees,
Board Members and Volunteers to meet The Haven Wolverhampton’s
aspirations for excellence and governance responsibilities.
6.
Promote diversity in order to enrich the organisation’s
human capital and to promote access, equality of opportunity
and social inclusion.
7.
Adopt a person centred approach to development and delivery
of services for women and children affected by Domestic
Violence by involving service users in setting standards,
identifying priorities and monitoring services.
8.
Continue to develop a culture of continuous improvement
to raise standards in all aspects of our work. |
