The Housing and Welfare Benefits Service is essential to meeting the needs of women affected by Domestic Violence. It provides one-to-one support for all women resident at The Haven Wolverhampton, and also provides support for non-resident clients.

To ensure we can provide accurate information and quality support, we have developed strong links with Housing Associations, the Social Fund Section of the DWP, and the Homeless Services and Housing Benefit Section of the local Council. Our staff attend training on Housing Issues on a regular basis.
